As a Client Management Apprentice you'll assist in customer relationship management, support the management of a client portfolio, ensuring you understand your clients business objectives. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results driven approach.

Following the probationary period, you will have the opportunity for flexible working. This means that you can work remotely for up to 60% of your working days and shape your day between 8am and 6:30pm.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work

Elaboration of weekly monitoring reports with results vs. plan

Preparation of status notes and monthly reports

Support the efficient and effective running of your assigned client accounts

Understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish product/solutions provided with the client

Confidently liaises with other capabilities or teams to complete tasks (eg. a product, project management, billing)

Understanding of Jellyfish's value proposition

Training

You will begin the apprenticeship with an onboarding onto Jellyfish and the team.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

On the job training will be intertwined throughout the apprenticeship.

How the training works in conjunction with the job responsibilities:
Diverse Futures will work closely with you to complete your Level 4 Associate Project Manager/ Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship. This 18-month programme is delivered on a 1-to-1 basis in the workplace and online. You’ll receive dedicated support from our expert coaches/ trainers, ensuring you stay on track with your learning and meet all deadlines.
We offer regular reviews between your coach, manager, and yourself to ensure your development is aligned with the apprenticeship objectives. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will receive a Level 4 Associate Project Manager/ Level 5 Operations Manager qualification.
Requirements
Desirable/ Essential Qualifications
Any prior qualifications expected to be achieved by candidates. E.g. GCSE (Grade C / 4 or above) in English and Maths.
