Job Summary
Oscar is looking for an experienced Product Delivery Manager to drive the successful execution of product initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure smooth feature delivery, remove roadblocks, and keep projects aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee sprints, timelines, and projects to ensure smooth, timely delivery.

Facilitate effective communication across product, design, development, and stakeholders.

Proactively remove roadblocks, mitigate risks, and identify bottlenecks.

Drive continuous process improvements, ensuring Agile best practices.

Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups to support the team.

Work closely with the CPO, Head of Engineering, developers, designers, and business stakeholders to refine product requirements.

Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear, actionable user stories.

Monitor quality assurance and conduct reviews to minimize post-launch issues.
Experience & Skills

4+ years in a Product Owner, Project Management, or Delivery Manager role in a digital product company.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Proactive mindset, capable of working independently and executing with autonomy and accountability.

Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Experience with Scrum, Agile, and ticketing tools like Linear, Jira, or YouTrack.

Technical know-how to work closely with development teams.
