As an Associate Integrated Production Apprentice, you will play a key part in the running of the day-to-day. Working closely with the wider integrated production team, and project team to seamlessly deliver creative and experience projects at Jellyfish.. Whilst logistically supporting the team to ensure administrative tasks are happening on time, on budget and to a high creative standard.

Following the probationary period, you will have the opportunity for flexible working. This means that you can work remotely for up to 60% of your working days and shape your day between 8am and 6:30pm.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work

Mastery in establishing scopes, creating schedules, developing estimates and managing production resourcing

Budget management skills, monitoring scope changes, keeping track of client Purchase Orders, managing invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projects

Comfortable working within cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, interacting with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners

You will change client requests while balancing both external and internal requirements and maintaining all project details

Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone implications for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences

Training

You will begin the apprenticeship with an onboarding onto Jellyfish and the team.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

On the job training will be intertwined throughout the apprenticeship.

Associate Project Manager Level 4
Your training plan
How the training works in conjunction with the job responsibilities:
Diverse Futures will work closely with you to complete your Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship. This 18-month programme is delivered on a 1-to-1 basis in the workplace and online. You’ll receive dedicated support from our expert coaches/ trainers, ensuring you stay on track with your learning and meet all deadlines.
We offer regular reviews between your coach, manager, and yourself to ensure your development is aligned with the apprenticeship objectives. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will receive a Level 4 Associate Project Manager qualification.
Requirements
Desirable/ Essential Qualifications
Any prior qualifications expected to be achieved by candidates. E.g. GCSE (Grade C / 4 or above) in English and Maths.
