Orien Trade is looking for a proactive and accurate Accounts Receivable Specialist to strengthen our finance team and ensure a smooth revenue cycle.

We are now looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our back-office, purchasing, and sales support teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into broader finance or operational roles within the company.
Key responsibilities:

Monitor and track incoming customer payments, ensuring timely settlements.

Follow up on outstanding invoices professionally, maintaining good customer relationships.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments, credits, or refunds.

Collaborate closely with sales, finance, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure accurate invoicing and account management.

Prepare aging reports, account reconciliations, and support cash flow forecasting.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer account records.

Escalate payment issues when necessary and propose solutions.

Assist with month-end closing tasks and internal reporting.

Support general accounting and finance operations when needed.

Participate in process development initiatives aimed at improving financial accuracy and efficiency.

Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance is a plus but not mandatory.

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Directo) is an advantage.

Fluent in English (Estonian is a bonus).

Ability to work full-time from our office in Tartu.
