Accounts Receivable Specialist – Join our Finance Team

Orien Trade is looking for a proactive and accurate Accounts Receivable Specialist to strengthen our finance team and ensure a smooth revenue cycle.

Orien Trade is one of Europe’s leading distributors of Korean and Japanese beauty brands, currently operating in over 25 countries. We are a fast-growing, international team with a mission to make high-quality skincare and cosmetics accessible across Europe.

We are now looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our back-office, purchasing, and sales support teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into broader finance or operational roles within the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track incoming customer payments, ensuring timely settlements.

  • Follow up on outstanding invoices professionally, maintaining good customer relationships.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments, credits, or refunds.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure accurate invoicing and account management.

  • Prepare aging reports, account reconciliations, and support cash flow forecasting.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer account records.

  • Escalate payment issues when necessary and propose solutions.

  • Assist with month-end closing tasks and internal reporting.

  • Support general accounting and finance operations when needed.

  • Participate in process development initiatives aimed at improving financial accuracy and efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

  • Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Directo) is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English (Estonian is a bonus).

  • Ability to work full-time from our office in Tartu.
