What You’ll Do 

• Lead and inspire a team to provide top-tier customer service and beauty consultations. 

• Drive sales, meet revenue targets, and create an engaging shopping experience. 

• Manage daily operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation. 

• Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are product experts and customer-focused. 

• Drive marketing initiatives, including promotions and social media engagement—bring insights into Korean beauty trends and a creative approach to enhance brand visibility! 

• Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and operational excellence. 

What We’re Looking For 

• A motivated leader with experience in retail or customer service management. 

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills. 

• Passion for beauty products and willingness to continuously learn. 

• Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus!). 

• Experience with POS systems and retail software. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
