About the Role
This is more than an executive support role. As Senior Support to Leadership, you will work closely with senior leaders during a pivotal phase of international growth. This senior-level, high-trust position focuses on enabling clarity, calm, and capacity in a fast-paced leadership environment.
You won’t just coordinate logistics; you’ll help protect priorities, reduce cognitive load, and contribute to better decision-making. You will act as a strategic thought partner, operations anchor, and energy shield for our executive team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, works with integrity, and takes pride in enabling leadership excellence.
What You’ll Do
-
Protect the executive’s energy and mental bandwidth. Manage recovery rhythms, transitions, and emotional load. Spot overload before it happens and help build sustainable daily pacing.
-
Manage the executive’s inbox. Draft replies in their tone and surface only what requires their attention.
-
Own the calendar and meetings. Maintain buffers, prep materials, protect focus blocks, and ensure transitions are smooth.
-
Work as a delegation partner. Proactive suggest delegation and track delegated tasks, open issues and lead problem solving and circle back without needing reminders.
-
Anticipate and proactively address operational and administrative needs. Handle logistics, travel, communication, stakeholder management, and key projects before they become urgent.
-
Support sustainable rhythms. Ensure time for rest, meals, recovery, and personal needs. Offer gentle structure and keep days realistic.
-
Prepare briefings and contextual documents. Anticipate what’s needed for each meeting or decision point.
-
Draft or polish communication. Ensure tone, structure, and clarity match the executive's voice.
-
Handle confidential and sensitive topics. Maintain utmost discretion and integrity.
-
Provide a grounded, emotionally intelligent presence. Stay calm under pressure, offer encouragement, and reinforce healthy boundaries.
-
Act as a strategic partner, not a taks taker. Amplify the executive's effectiveness without ego or friction.
-
Collaborate with the Team Operations Coordinator to improve operational efficiency. Identify process gaps, share insights, and contribute to smoother cross-functional workflows.

-
Tech-savvy and confident with digital tools (Outlook, MS Office, Teams, task/project platforms)
-
Independent and anticipatory — always one step ahead
-
Discreet, respectful, and comfortable navigating complexity and sensitive information
-
Willingness to travel occasionally
-
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or international environments is a plus
